What training is provided to your clients?
Do you offer training to new users even after we take licences?
Yes. Whilst you can add new users automatically to the platform, if you feel that they would benefit from training, we would be happy to train them in the same way as their new colleagues.
How often do you release new updates?
We typically release upgrades to the platform every four to six weeks. Each release is notified in advance and will have full release notes to accompany the update.
Do you offer training on new releases?
Absolutely. In addition to the release notes that accompany the update, our client success team will reach out to discuss any training needs you may have.
What happens if I want to upgrade my package?
If you would like to take advantage of additional data sets or new features as they are released, our client success team will guide you through the short and simple process to do so.
